1) If we have not yet started working on your order you will receive 100% refund immediately.
2) If we have already started working on your Article Marketing order then please note that we can not issue a refund for work in progress.
However, we'll refund for the balance, if the order has not been completed. For example, if your order 15 articles and we have already written 7 of these but have not yet started working on the other 8 yet, we can give you a full refund for these remaining 8 articles.
3) If the work has already been completed/delivered: Once you have received the work it can not be returned. So there is no refund for delivered and/or submitted articles.
